OUR STORY!!!

 OAKLAND STROKE is the Pioneer Valley's own Seventies Funky San Francisco Bay Area styled band, featuring vocalist Donna-Lee De Prille and the Bump City Horns!!!!! OAKLAND STROKE performs a vast repertoire of Tower of Power and Santana!!!!! They also present music from other Bay Area greats such as Boz Scaggs, Cold Blood, Janis Joplin, Buddy Miles, Sly Stone and more!!!!!! OAKLAND STROKE with the Bump City Horns started in 2014 as a Tower of Power Tribute band at the Arts Block in Greenfield in 2014.   This 13 piece band has captured the essence of the 70s East Bay Grease sound with singing horns, Latin Percussion, and soulful vocalists.
